Welcome to my blog! I love to cook, take pictures of my food, and write about it. All of my recipes use whole, local foods and are based on a simple philosophy: eat real food, mostly plants (and some high-quality meats and eggs). I believe that health and wellness should be personalized and prevention-oriented. I’m passionate about helping others live a healthier, more balanced life. As I study to become a certified Holistic Nutritionist through Bauman College, I am excited to share the knowledge and practices I’m learning.
In addition to nutrition, staying active is essential to physical and emotional health. I do yoga, SoulCycle, Hiit, weight train, swim, and am a certified BootyBarre instructor at Maiden Lane Studios.
